Fundamental Movement Skills with Rang 2

Day 2 of Active week saw Rang 2 focus on catching, one of our fundamental movement skills. We did pair work to practice a chest pass and catch and a bounce pass and catch. We then got into groups of 4 and had 2 basketballs going at once!

We challenged ourselves to catch the ball as much as possible and really improved our catching skills.

We had great fun!
