Last week we made lovely self portraits in art using pencils and pastels (see below)
This week we have been learning about the Normans in history and in particular we were looking at the tower houses they built. We have begun drawing Norman castles and next week we will construct our own Norman tower houses. So watch this space!
We had our drama workshop today with Mary. We've been busy working in our groups to create our own short dramas. We spent time in the classroom, creating our characters and writing short scripts/dialogues for our dramatic scenes. Both third classes then went to the hall to perform these short dramas.
